Depart from Kirkenes on a scenic bus ride to Grense Jakobselv, located about 60 km east of the town, along the Norwegian-Russian border. Enjoy the dramatic Arctic scenery as you pass fjords, Norway’s oldest mountains, fertile valleys, and the historic King Oscar II’s Chapel (1869).

Stop at a sandy beach by the Arctic Ocean, where you can take in the scenery or even dare a refreshing dip in the icy waters. A coffee break is included, and during June and July, the tour can be timed for the midnattsol, allowing you to experience the sun hovering just above the horizon. Optional light meals on the beach can be arranged.
