After we have picked you up and introduced you to our safety instructions, will we start to the viewpoint Kjerring stupet, where you will learn more about the history and culture of this region. We also stop our quads at the iron ore mines at Sydvaranger, before we finally reach the Russian border at Skafferhullet, a former border crossing point, from where we can observe a Russian dwelling and a Russian chapel. At today’s border crossing between Russia & Norway, Storskog, we will have a break before we return to Kirkenes via Prestefjellet, viewpoint over Kirkenes and the harbour.
