Kirkenes highlights in one day (KP00)

Book a day package with all our winter highlights included: Snowhotel, King Crab Safari and husky tour in one day. Fits  for all guests, arriving by Hurtigruten and spend the day, leaving Kirkenes by flight in the evening. All transfers included. Luggage will be stored on board the bus.

DETAILED PROGRAMME:

09.00 Pick up at Hurtigruten pier or hotel in Kirkenes ACTIVITY: KING CRAB SAFARI BY SNOWMOBILE INCL KING CRAB LUNCH Guided snowmobile tour to our catching places on the ice (if ice conditions are safe, otherwise we pick the crabs in the harbour). King Crab Catch. Driving tour by snowmobile (2 person per snowmobile). After the snowmobile ride we sit by the campfire in the lavvo and eat fresh king crabs with garnish. After the tour transfer to Husky kennel for: ACTIVITY: HUSKY SAFARI at Snowhotel at 13.00 This tour is one of the best ways to travel in the Arctic Tundra. You get warm clothing and will be taken to your husky team. Our musher drives the sledge, and guests are taking part as passangers (2-3 per sledge). There will be short stops for photos. Normal physical condition is necessary to participate. 15.00 Back at snowhotel. VISIT SNOWHOTEL. Visit this cold world with its`beautiful ice sculptures. You can visit all the rooms, take pictures and order a hot beverage in our cafe. We also own a dog yard where you can cuddle with our dogs, or you spend some time with our reindeers roaming around the area. Take a hot beverage in our cosy and warm restaurant before your transfer to the airport.17.00 TRANSFER TO KIRKENES AIRPORT with arrival 17.30
