🧭 Day-by-Day Programme

Day 1: Arrival & Snowshoe Panorama Hike

• Arrival and check-in at your hotel in Kirkenes
• 15:00: Snowshoe panorama hike with a local guide. Receive instruction on snowshoe use, then transfer 10 minutes to a nearby panorama mountain. Take a short loop to enjoy stunning views and photo opportunities.
• Overnight stay at hotel in Kirkenes

Day 2: Pasvik Valley & Northern Lights Bus Tour

• Breakfast at the hotel
• 10:00: Pasvik sightseeing and visit to the National Park Visitor Centre. Explore the Pasvik valley, one of Europe’s last wilderness areas, along the Norway-Russia border. Learn about the local fauna, flora, and history, with stops for scenic photos.
• 13:00: Return to hotel
• 20:30: Northern Lights bus tour. Travel to the best viewing spots (Munkefjord, Storfjell viewpoint, or Pasvik valley) with photo stops and local storytelling.
• 23:00: Return to hotel
• Overnight stay at hotel in Kirkenes

Day 3: Sami Reindeer Experience & Snowshoe Northern Lights Hunt

• Breakfast at the hotel
• 10:00: Drive to Finland for a Skolte Sami reindeer feeding experience. Travel along Munkefjord, then by snowmobile into the winter forest. Help feed the herd and warm up in a Lavo tent with coffee/tea. Optional traditional reindeer meal available (+250 NOK per person).
• 14:00: Return to hotel
• 20:00: Evening snowshoe tour for Northern Lights hunting. Short, guided hike through the winter landscape for a magical Arctic night experience.
• 22:00: Return to hotel
• Overnight stay at hotel in Kirkenes

Day 4: Departure

• Breakfast and check-out
• Note: Sequence of activities may change based on conditions
