Our municipality fo Sør-Varanger is located between Finland in the west and Russia in the east. On this evening tour we drive to our large community to find the Northern Lights. On the way we tell interesting facts and myths about the Northern Lights. Since there is no guarantee of the Northern Lights, the tour is conducted by an experienced local guide who will also give you interesting facts about the border area between Finland and Russia. Along the way we stop in dark places where light pollution is minimal.  At these stops we try to see the northern lights. Often you can see a thousand stars, the moon and the incredibly beautiful landscape that surrounds us. Or just enjoy the silence.

Si les aurores boréales n'apparaissent pas, lors de cette excursion, nous visiterons à la fois la frontière finlandaise avec un arrêt photo et la frontière russe (arrêt photo). Notre communauté est coincée entre ces deux pays et vous en apprendrez beaucoup sur notre zone frontalière.
Le circuit est personnalisé et accompagné d'un guide local. Plusieurs arrêts sur notre chemin où vous aurez la possibilité de prendre de belles photos. Visite à la frontière finlandaise et russe et guide complet sur notre région frontalière, s'il n'y a pas d'aurores boréales
